Guy Ontai

Guy Ontai, a member of the Republican Party, was first elected to represent the 39th Representative District in 2000 in the Hawaii State House of Representatives to the Hawaii State Legislature. Ontai was reelected to House in 2002 to serve the new 37th House District. Ontai was defeated by Democratic challenger Ryan Yamane in his reelection bid for the 37th House seat in 2004. The 37th House District includes parts of Mililani and Waipio on the island of Oahu.
