Isaac Choy

Isaac Choy, a member of the Democratic Party, represents the 24th Representative District in the Hawaii State Legislature. Rep. Choy was first elected to the legislature in 2008. The 24th House District includes the areas of Manoa, Manoa Valley and University of Hawaii.
