Marine Corps Base Kaneohe. Marine Corps Base (MCB) Kaneohe is located on the windward side of Oahu, approximately 12 miles northeast of Honolulu. The base occupies the Mokapu Peninsula which connects the towns of Kaneohe and Kailua.
