Martin Whitmer

Martin Whitmer was deputy chief of staff at the Department of Transportation . He previously worked at the American Road and Transportation Builders Association.
Whitmer was also a former aide to then-Sen. Phil Gramm , a Republican in Texas.
He heads Whitmer & Woorall with friend Tom Worrall, who headed Rhoads Group and raised plenty of money for the campaign for George W. Bush.
