Memetank:Afterwords
From dKosopedia
Afterwards
The MemeTank is a ThinkTank which adopts the word "meme" as its subject matter. We could debate all day what a meme means, but this is not analytic philosophy; this is an applied work. The idea of this MemeTank is not to find a definition for memes, but to create something with practical value. The concepts proposed here can be discussed as usual at the talk page, talk:MemeTank
Memes are intended to be succinct. Everything unfolds in stages from a short identifying phrase.
On Bigotries
It appears that bigotries would satisfy the meme definition, they are conveyable in a few words while implying much more. A list of bigotries might be an excellent resource to fight racism but would not be a boon to MemeTank.
Perhaps place them them here if you feel the need, (TOXICBigotryTankTOXIC). (is this controversial?)
