Rick Bolanos

Rick Bolaños is a teacher and Democratic veteran from Texas. He is running for Congress in the Twenty-third District, see Texas U.S. House election, 2006, and he is one of the Fighting Dems. Rick has the distinction of being a member of a family that had four brothers serve in Viet Nam at the same time. His family was cited in a letter to his parents from the late President Lyndon Baines Johnson for their patriotism. Three of the brothers were in actual combat together in Viet Nam.
