Ed Pastor

Ed Pastor is the Democratic Representative from the 4th Congressional District of Arizona. Born on June 28, 1943 in the small mining community of Claypool in Gila County, in 1991 Pastor became the first Hispanic from Arizona to be elected to Congress.
