Election integrity

From dKosopedia

Election integrity refers to the safeguarding of the right to vote and to have one's vote counted as cast. It can be viewed as integrally linked to voting rights. This list of voting rights organizations includes groups that attempt to defend election integrity by counteracting election fraud and voter fraud by such means as vote audits and vote recounts. These measures may be either mandatory or triggered by certain criteria.

Election system proposals attempt to ensure election integrity by replacing current physical voting mechanisms with new ones, such as voting by mail only, open source electronic voting, or hand counted paper ballots.

Consult the list of election integrity experts for individuals specializing in election integrity issues.

The list of candidates promoting election integrity includes candidates for elected office who have made election integrity a central issue.
