Frank Rudolph Wolf is a Republican Representative from the 10th district of Virginia. He was elected to Congress in 1980, after two unsuccessful campaigns in 1976 and 1978.
Wolf was a deputy assistant secretary at the United States Department of the Interior from 1974-1975. He served in United States Army from 1962-1963. He received a law degree from Georgetown University in 1965. He and his wife Carolyn have five grown children.
