Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board

The Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board administers the campaign laws of the state of Iowa, as found in Iowa Code chapter 68. The board has six members, three Democrats and three Republicans, appointed by the Governor to six-year staggered terms, subject to confirmation by the Iowa State Senate.
