Katie Dempsey is the 2006 Republican candidate for the Georgia House of Representatives District 13 seat. Her party funded campaign is remarkable for its profligate use of the images of affluent WHITE PEOPLE in campaign advertising. Dempsey herself is small brittle looking middel aged white woman with blonde hair and the sort of permanent fake smile encountered in many United Methodist and Southern Baptist churches. Voters in her district have been bombarded with a blizzard of paper flyers displaying large images of smiling WHITE PEOPLE accompanied by minimal text pushing the sexual anxiety buttons of district voters.
