Mike Conaway

Mike Conaway is a Republican Representative from the 11th district of Texas. He was first elected to Congress in 2004, after running unsuccessfully in a 2003 special election. He served in the U.S. Army from 1970-72.
Conaway is an accountant, and he worked with George W. Bush as the Chief Financial Officer for Bush Exploration. Conaway is an ordained deacon in the Baptist Church. He and his wife Suzanne have four children and seven grandchildren.
