National Clandestine Service

The National Clandestine Service(NCS) was created by Executive Order on October 13, 2005. The NCS will serve as the national authority for the integration, coordination, deconfliction, and evaluation of human intelligence operations across the entire Intelligence Community. The Director of the NCS, whose identity is secret, reports to the Director of Central Intelligence.
