Philippe Douste-Blazy

From dKosopedia

Philippe Douste-Blazy is the current Foreign Minister of France.

In a December 6, 2006 RTL Radio broadcast Douste-Blazy stated that sanctions will be imposed against Iran for its resumed nuclear proliferation: "The question is about the scope of sanctions but there will be sanctions." Source: Angela Charlton. "France Says Iran Will Face Sanctions." Associated Press. December 6, 2006. So Iran will be spanked in some fashion for doing what Israel, Pakistan, India, France, Britain, Russia and the United States have done in the past. If the French are serious about opposing Iranian nuclear proliferation why not offer to trade giving up French nuclear weapons for an Iranian agreement to do the same?
