We advise Democratic Locals on goal-oriented, proactive party building activities to better utilize their available volunteer base. The ultimate goal is to strengthen local organizations in areas with a weak Democratic Party. More effective local organizations can begin winning the races at the very bottom of the ticket and rebuild our base. From this enlarged base, we envision Democratic dominance at all levels of government in a generation.
