Ted Kaufman

Ted Kaufman is a Democratic Senator from Delaware. He was appointed in 2009, to fill the seat vacated by Joe Biden when he became Vice-President. He was on Biden's U.S. Senate staff from 1973 to 1994, serving for 19 years and rising to be chief of staff. Since 1995, Kaufman has held a variety of consulting and teaching positions.
