Michael Ferguson (born June 22, 1970 in Ridgewood, New Jersey) is a Republican Congressman from New Jersey, where he serves the 7th Congressional District. First elected to the Congress in 2000, Rep. Ferguson is currently serving his fourth term in the 110th Congress (2007-2008). He has announced that he will retire from Congress at the end of this term [1].

Ferguson is a right-winger, who is anti-choice and he has made his career by carrying water for the disgraced Tom DeLay. He has also been snared in various scandals including campaign finance violations and a wild night at a Georgetown bar.
