The Oregon Third Congressional District to the House of Representatives is bordered by the Hood River county line on the east and the Columbia River (and state boundary) to the north. The 3rd includes all of Portland and Multnomah County east of the Willamette River and some areas west of the river around Forest Park. The district also includes parts of Clackamas County east of Gladstone and Oregon City, including Milwaukie, Happy Valley, Estacada, Sandy, and large portions of unincorporated Clackamas County and the Mount Hood National Forest.
Counties: Most of Multnomah County and northern part of Clackamas County.
Currently Oregon's 3rd Congressional District is represented by Earl Blumenauer (D) who won re-election in the 2006 campaign.
