American Samoa is an incorporated territory of the United States. As with Puerto Rico or Guam, it elects a non-voting Territorial Delegate to the House of Representatives. The election is non-partisan, but the elected delegate selects which party he or she will caucus with.

Democrat Eni F.H. Faleomavaega (hw) is the incumbent Territorial Delegate.
