G. K. Butterfield

George Kenneth "G.K." Butterfield, Jr. (born April 27, 1947, Wilson, NC), is a Democratic Representative to the U.S. House of Representatives representing the 1st Congressional district of North Carolina, NC-01. He was first elected to the House by a special election in July, 2004, to fill the seat vacated by Frank Ballance.
