The H-bomb is a Hydrogen fusion thermonuclear bomb. An H-Bomb derives its explosive force from a nuclear fusion reaction. It is the most powerful weapon in existence today. An H-bomb can be many times more powerful than the nuclear fission based A-bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki on the 6th and 9th of August (respectively), 1945. No H-bomb has ever been used outside nuclear weapons tests. A single H-bomb would be powerful enough to destroy a major city. The construction of an H-bomb is quite simple; but some necessary materials are generally well controlled.
