A neighborhood on Chicago's south side. Surrounded on three sides by predominantly black low income neighborhoods Hyde Park is home to the University of Chicago and is home to faculty and city professionals attracted by its proximity to downtown and its excellent University affiliated schools.

Also a town in New York where Franklin D. Roosevelt lived.
