Kinoshita Kaoru
From dKosopedia
Kinoshita Kaoru was the conservative and anti-environmental governor of Oita prefecture in Japan.
Kinoshita deployed anti-communism in his attacks on the environmental movement in the 1970s. He used the fact that the Yoshida law firm representing local environmentalists had ties to the Japan Communist Party (JCP) to describe all enviormental protest as "communist inspired."
