Mullah Adbul Salim Rocketi

Mullah Adbul Salim Rocketi is a former Taliban commander and member of the Afghani parliament since 2005. He earned his last name for his skill with rockets during the resistance against the Soviet Occupation. On December 19, 2005 The New York Times quoted him as saying that, "The Foreigners have rules; Afghans don't have any rules." Very insightful.
