Ohio First
From dKosopedia
Ohio First is a group formed in 2005 by Ohio conservatives and headed by Richard H. Finan to oppose the reform initiatives put forth by Reform Ohio Now.
On August 4, 2005, Ohio First filed a lawsuit to block the ballot initiatives. The lawsuit claims the petitions used by Reform Ohio Now are invalid as they do not provide the language to be deleted from current legislation, although Finan has stated that his group opposes the initiatives' content as well as their process.
