Shishu Gupta

Shishu Gupta was appointed as Associate Deputy Director for Systems Engineering and Information Integration, Office of the Deputy United States Director of National Intelligence for Collection on Oct. 31, 2005.

Mr. Gupta is responsible for establishing a Community-wide view of current and future technical collection requirements, standards, and business processes and for integrating information and processes of existing systems. Previously Mr. Gupta served as the first Director of the Intelligence Community Cost Analysis Improvement Group from 1999 to 2005, part of the former Community Management Staff. He also served as the Deputy Director of the Program Assessment and Evaluation Office on the Community Management Staff. He became a member of the Senior Intelligence Service in 1999. Prior to joining the Central Intelligence Agency, Mr. Gupta worked as the Manager of the Budget and Cost Analysis Department at TASC, Inc., Chantilly, Virginia. He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver.
