Silvestre Reyes

Silvestre Reyes is a Democratic Congressman from Texas, where he represents the 16th district. Reyes is the chariman of the House Committee on Intelligence. He was elected to Congress in 1996, after a 26 year career with the the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. Reyes is a veteran of the Vietnam War.
