Stephanie Tubbs Jones

Stephanie Tubbs Jones (D) represented the 11th district of Ohio in the U.S. House from 1998-2008. Before that she was the Cuyahoga County prosecutor from 1991-1998.
She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, September 10, 1949. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 1971, and received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University in 1974. She died on August 20, 2008.
She was was married to Mervyn L. Jones, Sr., deceased (2003), for 27 years and is the proud mother of Mervyn Leroy Jones, II.
