Stung Trang

Stung Trang is the Cambodian town in Kompong Cham province now famous as the birthplace of Hun Sen, who was appointed as the Prime Minister of Cambodia in 1985 and then became Prime Minister following the election victory of his Cambodian People's Party in 1998.
Stung Trang should not be confused with the town of Stung Treng in northern Cambodia.
