Tessa Jowell

Tessa Jowell is the British Minister for Culture, Media and Sport. Her husband is lawyer David Mills. Italian investigators launched yet another corruption investigation of Italian Prime Minister, media mogul and third richest man in Italy, Silvio Berlusconi, this time in regards to $600,000 that may have been paid to David Mills to lie on Berlusconi's behalf.
