Theresa Everett

Theresa Everett was appointed as Associate Deputy Senior Acquisition Executive and ODNI Procurement Executive for the United States Director of National Intelligence on December 7, 2005.
She is responsible for the formulation of Intelligence Community procurement policy and oversight of Intelligence Community-wide procurement activities. Over the course of her 28 years of government service she served in a variety of key intelligence acquisition positions. She spent the last four years as Signals Intelligence Team Lead in the Office of the Senior Acquisition Executive, Deputy Director of Central Intelligence for Community Management. Previously Ms. Everett served at the National Security Agency with more than 12 years in contracting and acquisition positions. In 1989 she was appointed a supervisory contracting officer, to include a warrant with unlimited obligation authority. Ms. Everett served in a variety of leadership positions to include Chief, Logistics Division, Seoul, Korea; Chief, Support Division, Seoul, Korea; Deputy Chief, Analysis and Assessment Group, Information Operations Technology Center; and Deputy Director, NSA Office of Recruitment and Hiring. She received a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland, an M.A. in Management from Central Michigan University, and an M.S. in National Security Strategy from the National War College.
