Todd R. Platts (born March 5, 1962, York, PA) is a Republican, currently representing the state's 19th Congressional district (map) in the U.S. House. Platts was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1992. Platts was elected to the House of Representatives in 2000. Platts is a member of the Republican Main Street Partnership and supports Stem-Cell Research. He voted 90% of the time with Tom DeLay, who recently resigned in disgrace.
