states' rights

I noticed that you changed the article states' rights into a more pro-national tone. However, you should also realize that states' rights don't just help conservatives. Democrats/liberals use it as well, like in the medical marijuana debate. In med-pot issue states' rights save the lives of the patients, and is a good thing to use. Wooyi 19:36, 21 May 2007 (PDT)
