Term:abstinence-only education

From dKosopedia

The term abstinence-only education is a kind of indoctrination that may be duplicitly listed under the category of "sex education." Its intent is to indoctrinate students to several value judgments and beliefs: (1) Sex is bad outside of a certain socially constructed and validated relationship, marriage. (2) One should not question the values regarding sexuality that are promulgated by one's authority figures. (3) Students are inadequate to evaluate evidence and analysis that is pertinent to the possible outcomes of premarital intercourse. (4) Even if students could objectively evaluate consequences, they would be likely to act impulsively because they value eroticism more than the factors that the supposed educators hold dear.
