Libertarian Dem

From dKosopedia

Kos caused quite a stir in June, 2006 with his post titled The Libertarian Dem. The basic gist is that "libertarian" shouldn't be a dirty word in the Democratic party, and in fact, there's a lot to be said for more libertarian appeal inside the Democratic party, especially when it comes to recapturing many western states and looking for new leadership.

Daily Kos Tags

There are a number of tags that can be used to find diary entries on Daily Kos which relate to this idea. Some are very explicit, some are for issues that can fall under this banner, but people don't yet think of them that way. Here are a few, in alphabetical order:

Democratic Freedom Caucus

While "Libertarian Dem" may be the popular name around here, the Democratic Freedom Caucus is a more formal organization of people who believe in bringing more libertarian principles to the Democratic party.
