Shelley Sekula-Gibbs

From dKosopedia

Dr. Shelley Sekula-Gibbs (R) won a special election to represent Texas' 22nd district during the last few weeks of the 109th United States Congress. This district was represented by Tom DeLay before he was forced to resign, and it will be represented by Nick Lampson in the 110th United States Congress.

Sekula-Gibbs publically complained the President Bush did not come to her office to congratulate her on winning this meaningless election. She also alienated DeLay's old staff, and all of them quit during her first week in office.
