Avoid new namespaces

It is a wiki best practice to avoid new namespaces. The only legitimate reason to create them is that the point of view is different from that of main namespace.

For instance, tag:namespace exists to reflect the fact that a tag editor doesn't have the perspective necessarily of dKosopedia itself nor even that of "the left" or the Democratic party. Tag editors have to consider how bloggers of all opinions all over the world will use a tag, in order to anticipate that use and disambiguate concepts correctly, e.g. use of "bush" for George W. Bush is unwise as there are other Bushes.

As another example, position:namespace exists because political positions have to be stated in their own terms, like position:Bush lies deliberately to get people killed. Obviously such an opininated statement doesn't belong in main namespace.
